Q: Will the Windspill Junior Fixed Basic Bracket Kit include and straps? Will it accommodate a 32" wide pole pocket banner? Thanks

Q: my client wants just top arms...so if i by a kit is there an angle on the rods that would not permit the bottom arm being installed as a top arm?

If you purchase a kit of 2 arms, they both have a 2 degree cant built into the rods. Depending on which direction (banner arrow up or banner arrow down) will determine whether the cant is upward or downward.
Often with top arm only, you may need the rod to have a zero degree cant (ie: 90 degrees perpendicular to the light pole.) We have a special arm casting for that and we can use that with a special request at no additional charge.
