ADJUSTABLE KITS have additional Base Units (with bolts) that are banded in position permanently. The Arm units are then bolted through the adjustment slots onto the Base Units. This allows for easy change of banners without removing the banding and also allows up to 3" of adjustment of the banner for proper tensioning.
FIXED KITS allow the Arm Units to be strapped directly to the pole over the built-in banding guides. Base Units and bolts are not
included with the Fixed Kits. These are best for permanent or short
term installations where you will not be changing out the banners on a
regular basis.
