Q: Are there any load rating tables or charts relating the design wind speed to the capacity of the installation kits or any technical data that would help me select an appropriate installation kit for my area wind speed?

Q: Hi, I have 3 questions: Will this system fit onto a 3" diameter pole? Can it be modified to fit a 15" width banner? Is it only available in uncoated metal, or is there powder coating (black) available? Thanks, Evelyn

Q: Can I modify the poles within the KJA18? My banner is only 15" so can I cut the 18" poles down 3"? If I do, will the banner still stay on? Will cut end be hidden or finished with a plug or something?

We appreciate your interest in Windspill Hardware. Here are the responses to your 3 questions:

1. Yes, it will fit on a 3" diameter pole.

2. We can custom cut the 18" fiberglass rod to fit a 15" wide banner for an additional fee (cost depends on the quantity).

3. We can powder coat the castings black for an additional fee.

We can cut the 18" rods to accommodate a 15" wide banner for an additional charge (email us for specifics). All of our hardware has tie-down holes on the arm casting which will line up with the hem grommets on the pole side of your banner and keep the 18" or less wide banner from sliding off the rod. 24" and up hardware has a 2 degree cant built into the rods to tension the banner, as well.
